Takalghat is located in
Nagpur District of
Maharashtra. It is about 12 km west of
Buti Bori.
A number of mounds and rough stone circles are found near the village. Pieces of pottery, flint, arrowheads and ironware have been excavated from here.
Sonegaon Airport is the nearest airport. Buti Bori Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
