Tahla Sahib Gurdwara

Tahla Sahib Gurdwara is a highly revered Sikh shrine situated at Kubb village (Rajgarh Kubb) in Bathinda District of Punjab. It was built to commemorate the visit of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, the ninth guru of the Sikhs. During his visit to this place, the Guru took rest under a Tahli (shisham) tree; hence the name Tahla Sahib. Within the complex of this gurdwara lie two Manji Sahibs, devoted to the memory of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib and Guru Gobind Singh Sahib. Tahla Sahib Gurdwara is about 5 km from Maur Railway Station. The nearest airports are Ludhiana Airport and Amritsar International Airport.
