Swamihalli is a town in
Bellary District of
Karnataka and is around 41 km south-west of
Bellary. Huge deposits of iron and manganese ores are seen in the mountain range extending from Swamihalli to
Hospet.
Bandri, Kumaraswami, Gudekota (15 km south) and Rampura (22 km east) of Chitradurga District are major places in the neighborhood.
