Situated opposite the Salt Lake Stadium, Swabhumi is a heritage park with sections for arts and crafts, food court and folk entertainment. Covering an area of 13.5 acres, the park is a joint venture of Kolkata Corporation and the Gujarat Ambuja Cements Limited.
The word Swabhumi means 'my land.' The park showcases and demonstrates art, craft, heritage and culture from various parts of the country. It caters to the basic requirements of the visitors by providing food. Conference and banquet facilities are also available.
