Surkhanda Devi Fair is a prominent fair celebrated at the famous
Surkhanda Devi Temple, situated about 40 km from
Mussoorie, in
Tehri Garhwal District of
Uttaranchal. This annual fair falls in the Ganga Dussehra day (May-June). On the day of fair, special
pujas are offered to the goddess. Dance and folk music organized as part of the fair is the major point of attraction.
