Suraj Kund is an old building situated two km east of
Sunam in
Sangrur District. Once it was spread over a large area and there existed a huge temple of Sun god, which is said to have been destroyed by Muslim invaders. Suraj Kund is now in a dilapidated state and there are three small temples near this building.
