Sundareswar Temple is one of the prominent shrines in
Kannur. It was founded by
Shri Narayana Guru in 1916.
The presiding deity is Lord Shiva. Also found are the deities of Lord Ganesh and Lord Subramanya. The temple is open to all irrespective of caste or creed.
A festival, which lasts for eight days, is held here during March-April.
