St Mary's Church is a highly honored church located close to the Shivaji Nagar Bus Terminal of
Bangalore. Built in 1811 by a French missionary named Abbe Dubois, this church attracts many visitors. The church is believed to have been consecrated by the Catholicos of the East HB Baselios Paulose II.
The Virgin Mary's festival is celebrated annually in September. During the festival, thousands throng the place with great fervor. Holy Qurbono, held on all Sundays, is also attended by large number people. Youth league and Women's Association of the church function very actively. St Mary's Church runs a public school and a mission center.
