St Peter's Cathedral is centrally situated in
New Delhi city. Built in cruciform shape, the church building is spread over an area of 10,000 sq ft and has its own architectural identity. The altars were consecrated in 1996 by the late Catholicos Baselios Paulos II.
The main congregation hall is positioned in the ground floor. The church has a separate conference hall, Bishop’s suite and parsonage. It has been designated as the 'Eastern Cathedral of the Patriarch of Antioch' by the Patriarch, H H Mor Ignatius Zakka I in 1990.
