Sri Krishna Temple at
Thiruvaarpu is a highly revered shrine in
Kottayam District.
Lord Krishna, the eighth incarnation (avatar) of
Lord Vishnu, is the presiding deity. An annual 10 day festival is celebrated in the month of April. During the festival thousands of devotees visit this temple to get the divine grace and blessings.
