Sri G V G Visalakshi College for Women is affiliated to the
Bharathiar University and accredited by NAAC. It offers UG courses in Economics, History, English Literature, Commerce, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Zoology; PG courses in Economics, History, Commerce, and Mathematics. The college also conducts research programs in Economics, History, Commerce, Mathematics. Admissions are made purely on the basis of merit and subject to rules of the Government of Tamil Nadu.
