Sri Brahmatantra Swatantra Parakala Matham




Sri Brahmatantra Swatantra Parakala Matham is an ancient Srivaishnava religious institution located in Mysore. It was founded in 1378 for the propagation of Hindu philosophy and culture based on Sri Ramanuja's Vishistadwaita Vedanta. The presiding deity is the golden idol of Sri Lakshmi Hayagreeva.

The Mutt conducts various religious and social activities for the sake of poor. The Acharya Thirunakshatram celebration, a 10-day long festival is celebrated with pomp and splendor by the devotees.
