Sree Narayana College at Chempazhanthy was established by Sree Narayana Trusts,
Kollam, in the name of the great social reformer
Shri Narayana Guru in 1964. The college has a highly qualified faculty of eighty nine teachers and forty non-teaching staff. It has over 2,300 students. The college offers degree courses in English Politics, Sociology, History, Psychology, Economics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Botany and post graduate courses in Chemistry and History.
