Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering (SCTCE) is a promising institute of technical education in
Thiruvananthapuram,
Kerala. It is situated at
Pappanamcode, on the
National Highway 47, around 5 km from
Thiruvananthapuram Railway Station.
The college was established in 1995 by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) as a self financing college. Affiliated to University of Kerala, SCTCE offers bachelor of engineering degrees in electronics and communication, computer science, information technology, mechanical production and mechanical automobile.
The campus provides all the necessary facilities needed for the students. The college has spacious class rooms, laboratories, computer and electronic labs, workshops and well-stocked library. Special job oriented training is conducted by the placement and training cell of the institute.
