South Travancore Hindu College is one of the pioneer arts and science colleges in India, located at
Nagercoil in
Kanyakumari District. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and affiliated to the
Manonmaniam Sundaranar University,
Tirunelveli. It offers 13 post graduate courses and 16 under graduate courses. It has a central library with more than 70,000 books. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls.
