Soharai is a festival celebrated by the tribal people of
Bihar. It is celebrated during the Hindu month of Paush (December-January). This festival follows the harvesting of paddy.
Domestic animals are given a proper wash. Oil and vermillion are applied on them. The animals are then worshipped.
