The town of Sode is located at the southern tip of
Ranchi District in
Jharkhand. It surrounded by
Gumla and
West Singhbhum districts.
Ranchi, the state capital, is about 75 km to the north. Some of the towns situated near Sode include
Bano, Lohajimi, Gudri and Gulu.
Bano Railway Station and
Ranchi Airport are the nearest access points.
