Pune District, the Social Action for Manpower Creation (SAMPARC) is a welfare organization serving the poor and needy of the society. SAMPARC accommodates orphan and destitute children in its various children's homes. Other services include vocational training, placement services, health awareness programs, programs for the promotion of the use of herbal medicines, women empowerment programs and educational supports.
