Silwai

The town of Silwai, on the Jonha-Ranchi Road, is situated between Angara and Ranchi in the Ranchi District of Jharkhand. Kanke Dam, Gonda Hills, Birsa Munda Jaivik Udyan, Ranchi Hill, Ranchi Lake and Tagore Hill are among the attractions around the town. Major shrines close to Silwai are Pahari Mandir and Rani Sati Temple. Machali Ghar, a beautiful aquarium located close to the CCL headquarters on the Kanke Road, is also worth visiting. Ranchi Railway Station and Ranchi Airport are the nearest railhead and airport respectively.
