Established by Fr Stanley R.Pereira in 1960, Shrine of St Jude Thaddeus is located at Pakshikere, about 20 km from
Mangalore. Services include daily morning mass, novenas on Tuesdays, and retreat on Fridays. Every Tuesday hundreds of people visit this shrine for the novena. The annual solemn novena in honor of St. Jude Thaddeus is held on 28th of October every year.
The shrine is open daily from 06:00 to 19:00 hrs.
Surathkal Railway Station is the nearest railhead. Regular buses are available from Mangalore.
