Shrine of Hussain Tekri was built by the Nawab of Jaora, Mohammad Iftikhar Ali Khan Bahadur, in the 19th century. It is situated at
Jaora in
Ratlam District of Madhya Pradesh. Mohammad Iftikhar Ali Khan Bahadur has been buried in the same graveyard where Hussain Tekri was buried. In the month of Moharram thousands of people visit the place to pay their respect.
Jaora is 32 km off the main Ratlam Railway Station and to the northwest of Madhya Pradesh. The nearest airport is at Indore.
