Shri Yellamma Devi Fair is a major fair celebrated in the
Yellamma Temple, situated about 78 km from
Belgaum, in
Karnataka. The fair is conducted about 5 times between October and February, of which the biggest fair is held on the full moon day of Margasheersh. Apart from the local populace, the Shri Yellamma Devi Fair also draws thousands of devotees from the nearby states of
Maharashtra and
Andhra Pradesh.
