Shri Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Temple is located at Gurukunj Mozari in
Amaravati District of
Maharashtra. This is a sacred place graced by the residence of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj, who was in lime light during the Jungle
Satyagraha.
This holy place consists of the samadhi of Maharaj and his Dhyana Mandir (the meditation hall). Every year a festival is held in the month of October or November, to commemorate the birth of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj.
It lies on the Amaravati-Nagpur section of the National Highway 6, about 39 km from Amaravati. Frequent services are available from the Amaravati Bus Station.
