Shri Maha Ganapati Temple

Dedicated to Lord Ganesh, Shri Maha Ganapati Temple is situated at Manke-Banasale of Honnavar taluk. The temple is about 1 km from the Kanyakumari - Mumbai National Highway 17. Special pujas are performed in the month of Kartika (October - November). The temple has a marriage hall attached to it. This temple is in Honnavar, a beautiful coastal town on the west coast of Karnataka. The nearest railhead, Honnavar Railway Station is on the Konkan Railways.
