Shri Hathundi Teerth




Built in the 4th century, Shri Hathundi Teerth is situated in the Pali District of Rajasthan, near the village of Bijapur. A red-colored idol of Shri Mahavir Bhagvan in the padmasana posture is the main deity. The idol has a height of about 135 cm. The temple is managed by a trust called Shri Hathundi Rata Mahaveer Jain Teerth Pedhi. It also has an idol made of rosy colored sangamarmar of bhagvan on the basement. Two large dharamshalas with 32 rooms and a bhojanshala are also available.
