Shri Haru is an important temple in the
Kumaon region, highly revered by devotees. It is believed that prayers never go unanswered here and all the wishes are fulfilled. A large fair is organized in the temple every year during
Dussehra or Vijayadashami. The temple can be reached by a 5 km-drive from
Bageshwar.
