Built in 1975, Shree Panchdeo Mandir, also known as Baba Gangaram Dham, lies at the entrance of
Jhunjhunu in
Rajasthan. The sacred shrine is enclosed in a spacious courtyard with huge boundary wall.
The presiding deity of Lord Baba Gangaram is installed on alter. Sri Vigraha is in the sitting posture of Yoga Mudra, facing to the east. Goddess Durga, Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Shiva, and a life size marble icon of Lord Hanuman in standing and blessing posture are the other idols placed in this temple.
Constructed in the model of Vastu Shilpa, the temple is floored with colored marbles. The verdant garden also beautifies the serene environment of the temple. Pilgrims carry away the holy water and sacred soil (Raj) to their home and use them in troubles and diseases.
The main festivals held in the temple are Aashirwad Diwas (in April), Ganga Dasahara (between May and June) and Jayanti Mahotsava (in July or August).
