Shiva Temple is located at
Radhapuram near Valliyur,
Kanyakumari District. The deities of the temple are God Varagunapandichar and Goddess Niththiya Kalyani. Legend tells that a Pandya King, Varaguna Pandiyan, once went for hunting and founded the temple at this place. Thus the temple came to be known as Varaguna Pandichar Temple. The temple has many inscriptions from the ninth century. The main festivals celebrated here are Chiththiraip Peruviza,
Navratri, Aippachi Thirumanaviza and Thiruvadhirai. The temple can be reached by travelling 10 km from Valliyur.
