Margao, is an elegant salesroom for a variety of hand knitted oriental carpets, jewels and handicrafts. The materials adopted in weaving carpet are wool, cotton and silk, and most of them are enhanced with
zari work and other colorful artistic works.
The jewel collections are available in gold, white gold and silver and those detailed with precious gems are the popular ones. Among the displays are necklaces, bangles, bracelets, pendants, plain gold rings and chains.
Handicrafts include antiques and a diverse range of articles that are artistically hand carved in marble. The antique collectors can find a vivid selection of items such as sextons, fedolight, money boxes and compass. Some of the marble artifacts are replica of Taj Mahal, coaster sets, candle stands and table tops.
Others seen here are hand embroidered Pashmina shawls, camel bone artifacts, silk paintings and walnut and rosewood specialties.
