Shahkot




Shahkot, a small settlement is south-west of Nakodar in Jalandhar District of Punjab. The nearest main road is the Shahkot-Lohian road.

St Manu's Convent School is situated here.

Places of tourist interest around this village include Panch Mandir, Moorish Mosque, Jagatjit Palace and Dakhni Sarai, tombs of Haji Jamal and Muhammad Momin and the 17th century Mughal Bridge at Nakodar.
