Sevilimedu is a small settlement situated on the outskirts of Kanchipuram in Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu. Sprawling over an area of about six sq km, Sevilimedu is bounded in the north-east by Kanchipuram, in the east by Nattapettai, in the south-east by Thenambakkam and in the south by Dusi. Palar River flows near the town.
