Setu Bandha Sarvangasana's preparatory poses include Bhujangasana,
Urdhva Mukha Svanasana and Virasana. Subsequent poses are Bhujangasana,
Salamba Sarvangasana, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana.
Setu Bandha Sarvangasana is a Sanskrit term in which 'setu' means 'dam' or 'dike,' and 'bandha' means 'lock.' Setu Bandha Sarvangasana is also referred as 'Bridge Pose.'
