Sernabatim is an idyllic, virgin, silver sand beach located in
South Goa District. It is about 6 km west of
Margao.
Enriched with extensive green and foliages, this beach is an extension of the world famous Colva Beach. It is ideal for sun bathing and watching sunsets. There are several hotels near the beach, of which the Camilsons Beach Resort is famous.
Frequent buses and taxis are available from Margao to the beach. Madgaon Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
