Established by K B K Rao, Select Book Shop is one of the oldest bookshops in
Bangalore. It is situated on Brigade Road. It has a wide range of books on a variety of subjects. The shop also undertakes publishing of books by great writers and scholars. Select Book Shop has a rare collection of books on Indian religions written by non-Indians. Many scholars such as C V Raman, Ruskin Bond has visited this bookshop.
