Saurikh is a small town in
Kannauj District,
Uttar Pradesh. It lies around 13 km south of
Chhibramau.
Famous as the ‘attar city’ (perfume city) of India, Kannauj is the main place of attraction in in district. The place has a number of distilleries producing scents. Other attractions include the 500-year-old Siddheswar temple, archaeological museum and Gauri temple.
Saurikh can be approached from Bishangarh, Airwa and Indergarh. Gursahaiganj Railway Station and C A Kanpur Airport serve the town.
