Saura

Saura is a small village in Uttarkashi District of Uttaranchal. It is around 30 km east of Uttarkashi, the district headquarters.

Bhagirathi River has its course through the area. There is a large suspension bridge over the Bhagirathi River here. Saura is an ideal destination for trekkers.

Dehradun Railway Station is the nearest railway station. The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport.
