Sauda Shri Ramachandra Temple




Sauda Shri Ramachandra Temple is a 300 year old holy shrine located on the banks of the Varahi River in Udupi. The main deity, Shri Ramachandra, is flanked on both sides by the idols of Sita and Lakshman. The foundation day falling on Ashada Shuddha Dashami is celebrated with gaiety and fanfare.

Local attractions include Shri Kroda Shankarnarayan temple and river Varahi. Nearest airfield is Mangalore Bajpe Airport. Mangalore and Kundapur are the nearest railway stations.
