The memorial house and trust of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Veer Vitthalbhai Patel is located at Karamsad in
Anand District of
Gujarat. Set amidst a charming 3 acres of garden land, its mission is to propagate among the younger generation, the memory and ideals of the famous freedom fighters Sardar Vallabhai Patel and his brother Veer Vitthalbhai.
The memorial houses a photo gallery that showcases pictures depicting the events from the lives of Sardar Patel and Vitthalbhai Patel. The corridor walls around the central hall sport the paintings and photographs of the two brothers. A central hall with a 540-seat capacity and two smaller seminar halls are available for meetings and other events. A well-stocked library and reading room is attached. Apart from these, the memorial house has a separate counter to promote books on Sardar Patel and Veer Vitthalbhai.
The trust has started a women's center to help the deserving persons from economically backward sections. The day to day activities of the trust depend on donations of benefactor and well-wishers.
