Sankrail is a town, located near Kharagpur in Midnapore District of West Bengal. Sankrail is 112 km west of Kolkata and about 28 km south-west of Kharagpur. An integrated industrial complex is located here. The nearest railway station is Kharagpur Junction Railway Station.
