The medieval constructions of Sangram Sagar and Bajna Math are located about 15 km from
Jabalpur in
Madhya Pradesh. These structures were built between 1480 and 1540 by Sangram Shah, the famous king of
Gonds.
Sangram Sagar Lake adds to the charm of this beauteous spot. The red crested pochards, coots and pin-tailed ducks from central western Asia can be seen in the lake.
