Sangameswara Swamy Temple is a highly revered shrine in Jharasangam of Medak District. It is believed to be the spot where the trinity of the Hindu pantheon, namely, Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva, were seen united - hence is also known as Sangameswaram Temple.
