Goa and is similar to candelabra in structure. It is renowned for its artistic shape and craftsmanship.
Corlim and
Mapusa are the main centers for making this lamp.
Samai comes in a variety of sizes and shapes. It is usually 4 ft high, with the branches often numbering more than 4 to form brass lamp-trees. This lamp also features in a dance called ‘Samai Dance.’
