Salgadih




Salgadih is a small town in the Ranchi District of Jharkhand. Bundu, located around 18 km west, is famous for its ancient Sun Temple. The town is surrounded by prominent towns such as Kalamati, Murhu and Gamharia. Kalamati Deer Park and Panch Ghagh Fall are major attractions nearby. Khunti, about 13 km away, is an ideal tourist point. The temple complex of Angrabadi in Khunti is also a worth visiting site. The nearest airport and railhead are Ranchi Airport and Ranchi Railway Station.
