Sakti

Sakti is a taluk headquarters and prominent town in Janjgir-Champa District of Chhattisgarh. It is around 40 km east of Janjgir. It is a well-known as a historical place. The famous Lord Shiva Temple, also known as Turridham, is 13 km from Sakti. Ashtbhuji Temple is around 11 km from Sakti. The nearest airport is at Raipur. Sakti Railway Station is on the Champa – Raigarh rail line.
