Sakit

Sakit is an ancient town situated at the extreme south of Etah District. This town, close to Mainpuri District border, is about 25 km from the district headquarters of Etah. The town possesses an old fort and a ruined mosque.

Patna Bird Sanctuary is a prominent tourist attraction accessible from here.

By road, Sakit is connected to Mustafabad, Pilwa, Malawan, Jasrana, Akbarpur Aunchha, Dhumri and Kuraoli. Etah Railway Station and Agra Civil Enclaves facilitate the tourists to this place.
