Started in 1986, Sahara is a non profit organization in
Hyderabad. Its main aim is to serve poor and needy people, especially in rural areas and urban slums of Hyderabad. Sahara offers educational aids and vocational trainings for girls. Other activities include aged care programs, counseling services, child care programs and HIV/AIDS and health awareness programs. Besides, the organization conducts youth training and cultural and social development programs.
