Sadar Bazaar is the most populated area of
Dalhousie, in
Chamba District,
Himachal Pradesh.
After the 1947 partition, the bazaar lost most of its shops and glory. The unique feature of the bazaar is its tiered streets with unique tin-roofed multistoried homes. There are shops at the ground floor of these homes. At the end of the bazaar there is a Hindu temple, a Gurdwara, the Arya Samaj Mandir and a Mosque, all located together side-by-side.
