Rlba

Rlba, at an altitude of 2,745 m, is a spectacular place in Kinnaur District of Himachal Pradesh. It is famous for its vineyards and Angoori, a sort of local wine made from grapes.

Rlba is on the National Highway 22, and is 18 km from Powari.
