Ravindra Kalakshetra is situated next to the Town Hall on the JC Road, in
Bangalore,
Karnataka. It is one of the oldest auditoria in the city, built during the centenary year of
Rabindranath Tagore - a versatile genius, freedom fighter and the first Nobel laureate in India. It is a well known theatre for dance and drama and can accommodate about 1500 people at a time.
