Ravindra Bharathi is a popular auditorium situated in the center of
Hyderabad. Built in 1964, this auditorium is one of the important cultural centers of the city. This a/c theater accommodates about 1,000 people. It is the venue for concerts, ballets and dances, performances by local and visiting artists and troupes. A statue of
Rabindranath Tagore has been erected in the hall. The wooden doors of the hall are highly ornamented. Well equipped rooms, excellent stage facilities and a well-maintained garden are added attractions. A gallery and conference hall are also provided on the first and second floors of the auditorium. Ample parking facilities are available within the compound.
